Join us at the farm every Saturday on September 14th, 21st, and 28th, from 9am - 10:30am, for a Gyrokinesis mini-series taught by master-trainer Cori Doetzer. The class will focus on opening up energy pathways, and awakening your sensory receptors through intentional body movements. The class will include a meditative walk, an hour long class, and will finish at our market, where we will have refreshments and beverages available for purchase. Participants should plan to wear comfortable clothing, and walking shoes.
This class is open to all skill levels ~ no prior experience is needed.
