Is the farm open to the public?

We love hosting our friends by appointment and during scheduled events. Outside of these visiting hours, the farm is closed to the public. For private event inquiries, please complete our Contact Form.

Do you have a CSA program?

We invite you to shop with us at our Farm Shoppe in Hudson and at the farmers market, however our vegetable and flower CSA programs concluded with the 2022 season.


How do I create/manage my customer account?

Shopping services are powered by Square. Easily create a profile during checkout for tracking your order history or saving a payment method. The option to checkout as a guest is also available. To manage your account settings, login at the webshop at any time.

Please note: As of May 2023, Forts Ferry Farm has merged customer databases and replaced its Squarespace webshop with one powered by Square. Square has been used for in person shopping at our markets and now provides a convenient way for customers to shop with us both online or in person using the same account. This update includes gift card services.

What payment methods do you accept?

For in person shopping at our markets, we accept cash, FFF gift cards, debit/credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as ApplePay. With the exception of cash, these payment methods are also accepted online.

Do you have FFF gift cards?

You bet we do! And they make THE best gifts. To purchase a gift card, check balance, or reload funds, click here. Gift cards are powered by Square and may be redeemed in person at any of our markets or online.

Please note: As of May 2023, Squarespace electronic gift cards will no longer be issued but may still be redeemed in person or over the phone by calling (518)785-3276 during business hours. Contact us with any questions.

May I place a custom order?

Absolutely! We love working with customers directly to satisfy any ideas/needs they may have. Whether it be custom gift boxes, standing produce orders, or any other unique retail option, send us a note and we’re happy to collaborate.

Do you accept wholesale orders?

Yes! We offer wholesale pricing for select FFF items, pantry staples, and now, produce. If you’re an industry professional and would like to feature our goods on your menu or in your shop, please email and a member of our team will be in touch.

Our wholesale portal is currently closed for onine orders.

Do you offer shipping or delivery?

Yes, and availability depends on what you’re ordering.

All retail items are eligible for shipping within the contiguous United States. Wholesale produce orders which meet the minimum order requirement are eligible for local delivery with fee. Less perishable items, excluding produce, may also qualify for shipping. Shipping costs are assessed at carrier’s current rates.

Fulfillment services and delivery fees will be verified during checkout and cannot be combined.

How much is shipping and when will my order arrive?

Shipping rates are assessed during checkout and based on current carrier rates. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories is not currently available.

Orders are processed by which they are received and may take 3—5 business days. You will receive an order fulfillment email along with a tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow 2—9 business days for your order to arrive. Delays in transit may occur during observed holidays or carrier peak periods. We thank you in advance for your patience.

Need to cancel your order?

Please contact us within 24 hours of submitting your order by replying to your order confirmation email or emailing with the subject “CANCEL ORDER”. Orders which have already shipped cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return upon receipt.

Have a question about your order?

Return? Exchange? Let’s chat. Please contact us with your order number, relevant information, and we’ll get to replacing, refunding, or issuing a store credit for you.

Do not mail back any item(s) without first contacting us. Be sure to include your order number in any correspondence.

Once your return package has been received, you will receive confirmation that your return is accepted and a refund will be initiated by way of original payment method. For item(s) that are ineligible for refund, you will be issued a Forts Ferry Farm e-gift card in the amount of the returned item(s).

Depending on your bank, refunds may take up to five business days to post to your account. We do not accept exchange requests. Please instead, initiate a return for the unwanted item(s) and place a new order.
